Avocado salad:

Seasoning required apple-cyder vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
All you need to cut all the vegetables in cubic format. Mix them together in the bowl add salt and pepper and one table spoon of vinegar with half table spoon of olive oil and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Avocado paratha:
Mashed the pulp of an avocado and add chopped coriander and mint leaves. Squeeze fresh lemon in this paste. Add half table spoon of ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, carom seeds, a table spoon of coconut oil and salt according to the taste. . Mix the mixture well. Now add flour accordingly and mix it and keep adding water and knead it until you got soft dough. Place it for some time in the refrigerator and then make small bowls shaped parts of the dough. Now roll the paratha even from all sides and roast it on the hot pan from both side and apply butter for more evitable taste. Now have these hot parathas with yogurt dip and enjoy it to your fullest.
